1. Click the "select button below"

2. On the select a file screen use the up or down button on the D-pad to hightlight the PSP/COMMON folder

3. Press the X button on your psp to open the PSP/COMMON

4. Use the up or down button on the D-pad to highlight the file you want to load (name.swf) or (portal name)

5. Press the X button to pick the file

6. Click "open file" below NOTE: If your opening a swf file make sure you click "yes" when asked to run the plugin. To open a portal go to its index.html or its main page
